Ocean Terrace Condos consists of two new architecturally designed buildings with a combined total of eight two-bedroom and two one-bedroom spacious residences. There are only two residences per floor in each building, providingresidents and guests with ultimate privacy in a condominium setting.

Each building has been constructed with 10" concrete walls, reinforced with ¾" steel bars, and a concrete roof to provide a fireproof, sound-retardant environment. The exterior walls have a stucco finish and the floors are terra cotta ceramic throughout. Ceiling heights of greater than nine feet and expansive walls of double paned thermal windows add to the open feeling of these condominium residences and provide wonderful light and expansive views of the Caribbean Sea.

In addition, each residence will have two private terraces exiting from the living/dining area and the master bedroom, respectively, where relaxing days and romantic nights can be savored enjoying the dramatic views of the azure Caribbean Sea.

For the discriminating entertainment pleasure of each residence, there are televisions with cable and VCR/DVD/CD players and a stereo audio system with complete home theater surround sound, all with remotes.

In keeping with today's technology, each residence will have customized telephone service and high speed wireless Internet access.
